Shipping policy

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We optimize our shipping network by routing orders to regional distribution facilities closest to your destination to limit carbon emissions.

Standard Ground Shipping: 3–7 business days.

Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days.

Please note that delivery delays can occasionally occur due to extreme weather or carrier constraints.

Shipment Confirmation & Tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email containing your tracking number(s) once your order has been handed to our freight or parcel carriers. The tracking number will become active within 24 hours.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes
Nfiniti is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Lost or Stolen Packages
Nfiniti is not liable for products lost or stolen after a carrier marks the shipment as "Delivered." If your tracking says delivered but you cannot locate it, please contact the specific carrier directly to open a claim or check with neighbors/building management.
